You can exchange the products within 7 days from the purchase if there is no damage.

You can request the head office for a search of the subsidiary materials from products within 1 year of a purchase at the KUHO stores. It is unlikely that the office has the materials from products after 1 or 2 years. Please consult with the store manager.

Can I make an exchange for washing a dry-cleaning marked materials?

We do not cover damages caused by customers' negligence to indicated washing methods. Alteration is available however fee for the service will be charged.

Please dry-clean the products marked as dry-cleaning only. It will keep the products in good shape for a long time and prevent fabric damages.

As of now, we do not plan on making any catalogues. You can find a coordination books in the nearest stores for various seasonal items.
